Tweak or Change Windows XP User Interface Setting With Tweak UI

Tweak UI is a simple software produced by Microsoft for Windows XP users (for service pack 1, 2 and 3). It can be downloaded from Microsoft website and distributed for free. Tweak UI can be used to change interface setting in Windows XP.

If you want your computer to run faster, you can use Tweak UI to change some setting in your start menu, common dialogs, cursor shadows, menu box animation, setting for Taskbar and Start Menu, My Computer, Recycle Bin and Control Panel.

You can choose which feature you want to be turned on and which one to be turned off. When you turn it off, you can save some memory usage.

Tweak UI is very helpful especially while your computer is on low RAM (random access memory) amount, below 256MB. In the menu speed setting, you can change the speed of menu slider in start menu program list. The cascading menu will automatically open when you move mose cursor over them.

The fastest setting will make them open immediately, while that slowest setting makes them appear after a second, or after two seconds. We recomended you to set the speed of menu slider to the fastest, so that you can view start menu list less than a second.

With Tweak UI, you can change more Windows XP interface setting without ever set it up one by one. Tweak UI contains all setting required in Windows XP. To experience Tweak UI and what we have share with you, download Tweak UI for free from Microsoft website.
