While downloading a file using Mozilla Firefox, the download box shows a virus scanning bar in progress. Means, Firefox is scanning the file for you, either it contains hidden computer virus or not. This is good. It makes you and your computer secure from known internet virus threats. But in another way, it slows down your download process.
