Head up to Malaysia Android Community, Malay site ownded by a man called Shahrul (that name taken from his Gmail account name!). Malaysia Android Community has its own About page so you can browse for simple information about this website. They also got Android Community page, to join this page you need to register for an account, and it is open for free registration as long as you have a passion to talk about Android Phones. The site being built using Wordpress, the articles in it quite low in numbers too, maybe because it is still new. Hopefully it's content will be added from time to time. There is a problem with the registration for their free account, don't know why, seems like the registration link and other links such as Profile, Directory, Inbox and Activity does not works at all.
