Internet Explorer 7 has orange 'View Feeds' button on its tab bar leocated next to the Home button. To read any feed on any blog or any website, all you have to do is to click on the Vew Feeds button. Internet Explorer 7 will automatically excerpt the feed and make it readable for you.

You can subscribe to those fees using any feed reader. The good ress feed reader i recommended is Google Reader, the free web based feed reader made by Google.

Some blog or website does not produce or publish any rss feed. You need to go to the homepage to read any latest content.
