Acer Aspire 5532 is a new laptop from Acer runs on AMD Athlon 64 TK-42 processor chip at 1.6GHz speed 1MB L2 Cache, uses Windows 7 home premium 64-bit, installed with integrated ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3200 with 256MB system memory (up to 1792MB graphic memory), the screen is a 15.6 inch with 1280×800 pixels screen resolution that supports WXGA and 16:9 screen ratio, 3G RAM, 320GB hard disc drive to store huge amount of personal data.
For mobile internet conection, Acer Aspire 5532 has Wireless WIFI drivers for 802.11a/b/g/n connection includes MIMO. Its network card suppoprts 10/100/1000 via Gigabit fast ethernet driver. If user choose to use broadband internet cable, Acer Aspire 5532 has its own LAN port for RJ45 broadband network cable to be inserted. This laptop uses optical drive support Dual Layer, can write/read/burn DVDs and CDs.

Acer Aspire 5532 has 12 months warranty, weight is 2.72kg, battery life can only be used up to 2.5 hours with recharge time in 2.5 hours. Looks like this laptop will compete fiercely with netbook laptops within similar price range in Malaysia.
