Laptop cooling pad usually comes in two or three small fans, with blue LED lights, connected into your USB hub for power. Targus AWE55u is different. It has ergonomic shape, quiet, with rubber mat to hold any laptop on it.
The bad news is, the rubber mat can peel off easily over time. From my experience, rubber didnt last long when close to heat source, for example laptop heat fans. Targus AWE55U sold at $39.99 in Amazon.com, powered by usual USB cable. The fan is not a SuperSpeed USB3.0 fan. No, not yet!
