One question remains in our head about Google Chrome OS. Will Chrome OS be able to support offline computer? Does it suits desktop PC designed for Windows? If we are computer maker, what hardware requirement Chrome OS needs and what specification it requires?
Our main concern is the processor. We still dont have strong resource that could tell what kind of processor Chrome OS suits well and perform best. Can third party software becomes compatible with it and can Chrome OS receive usual programs used by Windows user?
About the security, we are passionate to know if Chrome OS safe from computer virus threats either via online media or offline media such as external hard drive, flash drive or USB pen drive. Although Chrome OS produced based on Linux, there is possibility for computer virus to be designed in Linux too and programmed to attack Chrome OS user.
