Google introduces the new Google City Tour, a web application created to help you getting better view to a city map while on tour or before making a tour, either you personal tour or family tour to some city.
Google City Tour can be used as online guidance when you plan to go to a city you never go before, a place new to you. However, currently Google City Tour available only for major cities in a country.
Here's how to start using Google City Tours. Decide where you want to go, then type the city's name into the search box. This will be your starting address, a city name you want to arrive first before proceeding to the second city in your tour plan.
After you click "search" button, Google City Tour will give you result list of landmark names, registered name of places around the city. You can view the result in Map view, Satellite view, Terrain view and Hybrid view.
Try type "Kuala Lumpur" or "Kota Kinabalu" in Google City Tour search box and you will see what we were talking about.
