How To Reduce Visual Effects To Add Up Computer Performance

You can add up the performace of your computer by reducing some visual effect, memory usage, processor scheduling and virtual memory. How to do it?. Here's how.

1. Go to the Desktop. Right click the My Computer icon (if you use left click as main mouse click indicator). Click Properties.

2. System Properties dialog box will appear. You will see tabs titled with General, Computer Name, Hardware and Advance. Click Advanced tab.

3. When done, go to Performance and click settings button. Choose custom, untick all except 3 buttons in the bottom. They are use common task in folders, use drop shadows for icon labels, use visual styles on windows and buttons.

When done, click OK and the change will take effect immediately. Computer performance will be added up right after that.
