Do You Read Help And Support In Windows?

Some of us didnt even read or clik Help and Support feature in the Windows Start menu. Why? From what i read, people use computer according to their type of usage.

Some people use computer as an intertainment console - play songs, watch videos offline. They prefer YouTube, DailyMotion or Myspace video for online video streaming.

Some people use computer as communication console - chatting and changing images, documents and latest news via Skype, Yahoo Messenger, Windows Messenger, Google Talk. Help and support Feature are only optional to read, except your computer having trouble.

The main fact is, Help and Support feature is too boring to read, same as reading a 400 page history book!
