A an Illinois resident filed a lawuit against Apple Computers for short life of iPhone battery. The case was brought to court on 2007. The man was Jose Trujillo, claimed that Apple didnt tell customers immediately about the limited life of the battery, while it cost him some $86 for a new, fresh iPhone battery.
This is the first time such case on electronic gadget battery being a huge issue on court history.
