The price for me is really worth because this USB thumb drive has huge storage capacity (for a small sized thumb drive). Its capacity is almost similar to a hard disc storage capacity installed inside a netbook (small sized laptops). I dont think this one as waterproof thumb drive. Kingston's also has 128GB thumb drive of their own.

Laptop notebook-Windows 7 system requirement for laptops

If your laptop installed with Windows Xp or Windows Vista and you want to upgrade it to Windows 7, here's the system requirement:

• at least 1GHz processor (32-bit or 64-bit)
• at least 1GB of RAM (32-bit); 2GB of RAM (64-bit)
• at least 16GB of available disk space (32-bit); 20 GB of avaiable disk space (64-bit)
• DirectX 9.0 graphics driver

If your laptop runs on Windows Vista right now, you will not have a big problem upgrading your system into Windows 7.
