We usually saw Acer Timeline laptops as a full sized laptop. But Acer Timeline 1810 is different. It was a netbook - a notebook laptop in small size,only lack of optical drive to play/read DVD and CD.

Acer Timeline 1810 uses Windows 7 home premium 64-bit as its operating system and powered either by Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 or Intel Pentium SU4100, depends on the model. Each Timeline 1810 laptops has 1 year solid warranty from Acer. The RAM? 2GB DDR or 1GB DDR 2, depends on the model too.

Timeline 1810 comes with 6-cells battery enable the user to use it for 7 hours up to 8 hours with each single charging. This exceeds normal battery life usage we saw in earlier version of Acer laptops, where their battery can only last up to 3 hours only.

If you choose to own Acer laptop in budget price, small, light and easy to use, i suggest you to but Acer Timeline 1810 becuase it was designed for easy multitasking, especially for internet user who spends most of the time on reading internet websites and using web applications. To install software from CD or DVd, you to buy an USB external optic drive, if you prefer to install additional software. Or, copy the software into a flash drive then insert it into Aspire Timeline 1810 to install it.

Acer Timeline 1810 has 11. inch screen wide, with 16:9 screen ratio and meets standard capacity similar to other netbooks - webcam, QWERTY keyboard, card reader that can read various types of memory card (MMC/MS/MSPro/SD/xD), mouse touchpad, 2 way speaker.

Timeline 1810 has 320GB hard disc storage capacity, execeeds normal netbook storage which is around 256GB. Price starts with $500 US Dollar, around RM1500 in Malaysian Ringgit.
