Sphere 1, invented by Michael Donald Wise under his company
Sphere Corporation located in Utah, United States of America.
Sphere 1 originally sold as separate computer kit (separate monitor, keyboard) and later sold as full computer unit assembled as all-in-one desktop computing unit for personal use. Michael Donald Wise is the first man to create pressing technique of Ctrl+Alt+Delete that was originally used to clear out RAM in
