Honestly, I didnt know Gigabyte has also produce a tablet laptop. The first time I realised Gigabyte was in laptop business was when I found Gigabyte Booktop, which is think so amazing - a netbook laptop can be used a nettop at the same time, doing job of a desktop computer when added with larger screen. Yet Gigabyte continue to surprise me with their convertible tablet laptop, the Gigabyte M912X.
Gigabyte M912X installed with Intel Atom Processor N270 at 1.6GHz processor speed, using icrosoft Windows Xp Home (you can the OS into Vista or Windows 7 later), chipset Mobile Intel® 945GSE Express Chipset+ ICH7M, 1GB RAM supported by Gigabyte AVL report, 2.5-inch 160GB hard disc drive (5400rpm spindle speed, SATA), full QWERTY keyboard, standard touchpad, Bluetooh, 802.11b/ wireless driver, Ethernet 10/100BASE-T for internet broadband via LAN cables, 1.3MP webcam, weight at 1.3kg.
It also has 3 USB ports, microphone port, earphone port, 4-in-1 card reader reads SD/MMC/MS/MSPro memory card, an express card slot, external speaker port, stereo built-in speaker. Gigabyte M912X screen is a 8.9-inch LCD WXGA with 1280x768 resolution rotateable within 180 degre viewing angle, a user can turn it into convertible tablet PC form original shape of a laptop.
